THE National Association of Secondary School Heads (Nash) Under-20 soccer tournament provincial final competitions kick off this weekend with matches in Bulawayo and Midlands provinces on the 22nd of September.
Nash recently unveiled two sponsors for the tournament, Proton Bakers and the Surrey Group, after running for several years without any title sponsorship.
The, $ 5000, sponsorship package also includes branded kits for the semi-finalists and individual prizes. National champions will be rewarded with $800 while runners up will pocket $500.
This investment in sport is expected to motivate participating schools to go an extra mile in their attempts to clinch the title, setting up potentially explosive matches throughout the competition.
